Tis is why I ran it by the HOA first. Once I had their approval letter it was cast in stone. Don't think I've ever had a complaint though but having the approval on file avoids any knee-jerk response they can't back down from.

Also note that the TM is not sitting on the ground but on a 10x25' (a 2922SD would be nice) concrete pad and on 18x18 1" pavers to make sure the tires never sit in a puddle.. I tend to plan for decades in the future. Have another 8x20' pad on the other side of the house if I need to park a car outside temporarily.

Really do not have a bucket list, have almost everything I ever wanted and an endless set of projects.
