Clever. I do know that some of these local bylaws are only enforced after a complaint. Given that my neighbor once complained to the city about my kids toys in the backyard (plastic play house, bikes, etc), I know that I have to follow the bylaws to the letter. I'm allowed up to 21', so I made sure I got the 2720.
