They lost so much talent when they moved to Nebraska and that was proof that the workers were pretty much everything to making an acceptable unit. The new company should either pay per-diem and a few days labor to have the old crew teach the new workers or perhaps the new company should pay top dollar to buy back a newer unit built in TN and reverse engineer it.

Lastly, just opinion here, these trailer companies just have to adopt the concept of quality control. Units should be fully tested. Water systems, electrical, propane, axle mechanics. If mine was actually tested, they would realize there was a water leak, a reversed polarity 12V outlet and one brake that was never connected because they did a wire-nut without stripping one of the wires first (how stupid!).
