Default Stubblefield, near Huntsville, TX

Stubblefield is a USFS CG no hook ups but showers and flush toilets. water located through out the CG. Total of 30 sites. CG is locatated on the north western shore of Lake Conroe. Sites have paved parking spur that is very narrow. Free fishing from the shore according to the hosts. Convenient to the Lone Star Hiking Trail. This is a nice, clean CG. $15 a night without the golden age, $7.50 with one. If you want full hook ups try Cagle about 6 miles away. Two loops with elec, water, and sewer but each site has a full view of all other campsites. $11 bucks on top of the camping fee for the hook-ups.
We prefer Stubblefield.
