You hit on exactly why I would prefer an SD though two folding camp chairs can be set up on the other side. Table is a little narrow for four though.

OTOH couch is nice to watch TV or a DVD. On the gripping hand the dinette bed can be used for lounging also.

ps I did have the SL front bed collapse once, since then I add a 4x4 brace.
