Good luck on getting the slides from TM. When I first bought my TM they were great about getting parts out fast. Those days seem to be gone now.
I have tried twice to get the slides from TM. They have been promised twice and not delivered once. Its frustrating when they promise to ship it and it never arrives.
I ran into the same problem when the mirror detacted from the wall. It was difficult to say the least to get much technical help, and I got a big yawn when I tried to get some similar wallpaper for bathroom ("Don't got, don't know where to get").
If you can second source any parts I would recommend doing so. I just wish they were as good as they were a couple of years ago...
