Mine came with Liftco Le-Sure Lift 5000 lb jacks. These are available in two lengths - I think mine are the shorter of the two, and they have been quite adequate.
There are many look-alike jacks, which are probably just as good. If you are looking to substitute, the thing to watch is the bolt spacing in the mounting plate. If you buy something with a different spacing, you will have to drill matching bolt holes in the frame members.
