The jacks are easy to lube. Get a can of a decent spray lube. I use a teflon lube from Lowes, and the BoeShield from Boeing turns out to be pretty good. Now hold a wire brush against the threaded part of the jack while you run the jack up and down, and then do it again as you spray the lube onto the threads. You can also spray the pivot points.
I'm not sure what you mean by "lube the axle", and I don' know what lube points you are seeing unless they are the grease zerks in the middle of the hub. The part that needs lubing is the wheel bearings. The TM is equipped with EZ-Lube bearings, which are relatively easy to lube. No need to remove the wheel or the hub. You can go directly to the Dexter Axle web site to learn the procedure, or there are several YouTube videos, or there is a tutorial in this forum's Tech Library about how to do it.
