Thanks for the reply and the photos. The pan photo is especially helpful, as that's what I was guessing it looks like...

I believe you're right - there's probably something obstructing proper drainage in the pan (or maybe the a/c unit isn't draining into the pan like it should?). In any event, I think my next "little project" is a/c removal and investigation.

It's a trailer...it's a hobby...it's a trailer...it's a hobby - wait! It's two things in one! What a bargain! :^) (too bad I'm already full up on hobbies...) At least I'm learning new stuff!
