If I were replacing mine, I think I'd get one with an ABC rating, even though I think RV industry guidelines only specify one with a BC rating. The additional "A" rating means it is effective against fires from things like wood, paper, trash, etc., whereas BC is effective against things like liquid fires (like cooking oil, the B rating) and electrical fires (the C rating).

But an ABC extinguisher is probably going to be a bit larger.
