Ok everyone. I figured it out. I feel silly now. Turns out I really didn't empty the toilet the first time. Newbie mistake. I didn't see one of the valves. I don't know how I missed it. I only emptied the gray water. Now I know. First empty the toilet .... then empty the gray water. Duh! Thanks for everyones help.
