You have to measure the diameter of the PEX tubing. The valve looks like
this, and you can get it with a different handle. They are available in hardware stores, not just online. Make sure you install it so that there is clearance to turn the handle. You may also be able to find a plastic one.
Shark Bite can be removed after installation without damaging the pipe. You just need a little plastic ring that costs $3 or less and is pushed against the fitting, which releases the pipe.
