To the best of my knowledge, TMs have always offered front-slide models in addition to the front-bed models. In the old days (until a couple years ago) the standard models (bed in front) had no suffix, and the slide models had suffixes SL for the slide with a couch/sofa, and SD for the slide with the dinette. Then the suffixes for the same slides changed to QB (queen bed in back, standard bed in front, no slide) and QS (sofa slide) and QD (dinette slide), and KB, KS and KD for the bigger models with a king bed in back, such as the 2922.

I stand open to correction/update, but this is pretty close to right.
