Gapopper mentioned Myrtle Beach. We stayed at Lakewood every year for spring break when I was in high school. Very family friendly. Not sure if it's a "dry" campground but I know partying is frowned upon. My aunt & uncle happened to be at Pirate Land last year during the TrailBlazers TM rally (they don't have a TM but told me about it) and said it was very nice.
