Thanks Kidkraz,

I know first hand now that plastic cover will not fly off on the highway as I drove off today trying the new bike rack out and forgot I did not have anything holding it down, plus today is very windy too.

I think the velcro will work just fine as you stated the back shell holds it down real well.

I did not even put on the WDH and it drove nice no sway Glad I did it this way.
