Default Repair plumbing damage from blowout

The last time we took our 2009 3124KB out we had not one but two different blowouts.
The blowout on the plumbing side took out the plumbing assembly approximately eight inches to a foot in. It broke off the black all the way to the valve and the grey was broken off to a joint about a foot in. We also lost the tie in between black and grey lines.

Hubby would like to do the repair on this himself since we are over a days drive to Nebraska and we have an unplanned trip coming up.

Are the parts something that we could get easily? Where would we find the valves, etc an RV shop? What are the valves, connection between black and grey, etc. parts name or number to look for?

If anyone knows the names of the parts needed or has a plumbing diagram/ picture of how it should be and could post it I would greatly appreciate it.
I called service in Nebraska today and just got the answering machine, left a message, no call back and Hubby would really like to get going on this....

Also, this is the only damage we can see from the blowouts on either side, but we just parked the trailer after and haven't run through it since. Is there any other possible/likely damage I should be on the lookout for?

Thank you all in advance,
Sonya
