I called Sonja today to order some parts for my trailmanor and asked if the move to the new plant in South Dakota was going to cause any disruption in ordering parts. She said no that they were staying at the Nebraska Branch until the new factory was built in South Dakota and the change over would seamless. One day in Nebraska and the next Day would be South Dakota. I also told her how pleased everybody was with her service and how she was becoming famous in this forum. She laughed and was tickled pink about how we feel about her. She is worth her weight in gold for customer service.
