My wife and I are new TM owners, having acquired a 1998 3124K. We towed it from NC to Kansas with a drop of 2 mpg only. It appears to be in excellent condition, and everything works like it is supposed to. After one night in the TM my wife, who is not a camper, said, "I like camping" and can't wait to go again. When opened the TM is a lot bigger than a popup or a Hi-Lo. I've never towed a popup, but others have told me that the TM is much easier to tow. I believe it; I often forgot it was behind me.
