Only adjustment I know is when you first pop the latches, the module should pop up levelly at both ends, 4-6" for the front module and 8-10" for the rear module (with front all the way up).

The problem is that each adjuster (there are 8) only has a limited range & once at the limit the bar should be replaced. This is not a failure to TM.

I do not know of a "turns per inch" chart, it may be different for every bar.
