This is an item you mention that it NOT TM specific. They are available online for about ~$150 each. When I bought my replacement set, I took them to a welding shop before I filled them to have a galvanized reinforcing ring welded the "bottom" ring the tank factory installed. That was the point of failure on my last tank, and the improved version has held up like a champ.
