I got it new and have up graded it to be better than most trailers.Heated holding tanks,double windows except fire exit, rear hitch, new didgel tv ant.,back flush on black water tank, change to only one dump line, many other up grades.My heath is going bad and I may sell it .They can not make the Elkmont in the Tenn. plant because the roof is to low.
