Price is always dependent upon how eager you are to get what they are selling.
I looked up on nada price guidelines for a 94 3023 with optional air conditioning and
a awning. The numbers that I found were $7425.00 low retail and average retail of
$8520.00. Depending on condition of the trailer, it seems to be a good price.
Buyer beware!! Please check your purchase over carefully, how the trailer was stored could make a major difference in how much it is worth. Check the flooring, check the plumbing, check operation of all appliances, check for any signs of mold or mildew. Don't be afraid to ask questions! You will kick yourself after purchase if you find something wrong that is major and you were afraid to ask about it prior to purchase.

Just looking at the price, and knowing what a great trailer Trail Manor makes, I would almost like to purchase it myself. I have a 2001 3023 and my wife and I just love it.
