If the damage is only cosmetic, I think you have a chance for a heck of a deal. The insurance company is going to put almost $8000 in your hand (considerably more than a 2004 is worth, in my opinion), you can buy it back for maybe $1000, spend maybe $500 for a roof coating - at which point you will have the same trailer you had before, plus $6500 in your hand. Not bad! I would follow BrucePerens' advice, and keep on campin'.

Incidentally, NADA puts the value at $5760. If USAA puts it at $8K, you are in a good spot.
