RVCycleGuy, that anchor would be going into soft styrofoam and would end up making a void in the foam while it expands, and then only holding to the aluminum skin.

The shell is an aluminum-styrofoam-aluminum sandwich. The floor has really thin plywood added to the sandwich. Framing only at the edges and corners. You need a sheet metal screw, and if you have so much weight that it will pull out that screw, don't hang it. You can strip the hole if you turn your screwdriver too hard.
