The Hutterites are an Anabaptist group who are sometimes confused with Mennonites or Amish, and share some of their ways with the Amish and Mennonites but are separate from either group. They believe in communal ownership of property and live together in colonies.
I won't apply ethnic or religious prejudices yea or nay. They might make a good go of it. However, I cynically suggest that Bob and Cleo might have been unloading liabilities rather than assets.
There was nothing holding us back from creating a modernization of the Trailmanor design while Bob and Cleo owned it, nothing holds us back now. All relevant patents are long expired. Obviously the "Trailmanor" trademark is still valid and can not be used on an independent effort, but it's just a name.
