The BAL will work on the 15" wheels, but really only if you pull up onto a block, like a lynx leveler, first. Then the BAL will easily slide under and be usable.

I had one, I did this for a long time. Then, I stopped, because the BAL screw started skipping and stripping, and it was a hassle. I moved back to a 3-step leveler, put a level gauge on the front of the TM, and just back up the steps until I'm close. Finish it with the corner jacks. Much faster and easier than the BAL, for my purposes. But I used the BAL for 2 years before, so there's nothing wrong with it.
