Ours did that too - however, as it was still under warranty and there were other issues that needed attention (refrigerator, roof leak) we took it back to the dealer for the warranty work. The dealer sent it back to the factory and all the work was completed. I'm still not sure what caused the problem because the roof leak was on the opposite wall. Our new one has the velcro disks as mentioned above.
