It appears to be a vinyl-coated polyester fabric, and mine has visible wear with the fabric mesh showing in some spots too. The fabric stores online have it in rolls. Look for something that mentions being ultraviolet resistant, or get it in black rather than white. Where it says "vinyl coated PVC", they probably mean vinyl-coated polyester, since vinyl and PVC are the same thing.
