We will be camping at Pismo State Beach (North Beach campground) in November. Went to school at Cal Poly. While in Pismo you need to go to Splash Cafe and get their award winning clam chowder, it is the best! If you need any other suggestions of things to do in the area there, let me know.

Will be camping in Sequoia (Lodgepole campground) in 2 weeks. Haven't been since I was a kid. Planning on seeing the General Sherman and hiking Morro Rock. Kings Canyon and Sequoia are pretty close, so you should be able to check some things out.
