Azela Glen RV Park adjoins Patrick's Point State Park, which offers walks through the redwoods to the beach, and is near Prarie Woods State Park which offers the famous Fern Canyon. It's a nice base for visiting the North Coast and the redwoods. The area was used to film Star Wars planet Endor and the Jurassic Park Lost World. Here's a

5 or 6 spaces at Azela Glen adjoin a lake with otters, and offer a nice platform for lounging. The bathroom/shower was surgically clean, the staff was very nice and helpful.

The area is prone to the Northern California coastal fog, but it got sunny one day. Be prepared for chilly weather.
