One of our favorites in GA is FDR State Park near Pine Mountain Georgia. Beutiful state park with lots of trails. Callaway Gardens is nearby and one could spend several days seeing all of their grounds. Roosevelt's Little White House in nearby Warm Springs is also an interesting tour.
