Thanks for the post Malinda. I had not seen this older topic before with all of Bill's great advice. I don't have a lot of cold weather experience (in camping or in life really) because where I am from in Louisiana, 40 degrees is considered cold.

We don't get much in subfreezing temperatures down here.

I am now more educated should I venture north in my camping excursions.
