TM's have a premium in CA. Also, I don't think NADA has a good handle on pricing for TM's. Each year TM's trade in small volume with most sales being private sales not reported to NADA. There is not enough sales to have real information to develop accurate pricing information.

Because of lack of enough real sale information. I'm under the belief that NADA just uses the average depreciation schedule of popup camper market.

I know when I was looking. NADA had the same price no mater what zip code I used, while TM's have always had a premium price on the left side of the country.

I would think in CA that camper should be in the 8-9K range.
