Can someone explain gross combined weight rating?
My Tacoma has a curb weight of 4200 lbs. Towing capacity is 6500 lbs, yet it's GCWR is only 8000 lbs. I would expect the GCWR to be closer to the curb weight plus tow capacity. What am I missing?
