There are two eclipses coming up in Argentina, in July 2019 and December 2020. The 2020 one in Argentinan Patagonia looks like a pretty good bet. I've been there before, it's a nice place to visit and not expensive once you get there. I always try to fly through Foz du Iguazu. The falls are incredible.
