My TM came with a Battery disconnect switch I am sure the previous owner installed. Anyway it was in the rear compartment with the battery it was not really a problem except if you wanted to disconnect the battery you had to raise the complete unit up and open as I have a 2720SD . Plus I now put up a carport and I can not open the unit up behind my gate now because the height of the carport so I pulled it out of the drive and moved the switch into the bumper storage area. Works great there, I can just undo the rear travel latches and then remove the plastic bumper cover and have access to the switch.
