Below is the response I received recently from the MCD RV Center (New England somewhere). Have not ordered anything yet, but they were reasonably quick to respond to my inquiry.

Part # 21023 Right Lower Latch $ 39.00
Part # 21023 Left Lower Latch $ 39.00

Unfortunately, You will need to take the seal apart and let us know the width and length you need. When the new MFG took over TrailManor, they did not get the information for the earlier made models.

Seal Material 4.25" $2.00 ft
Seal Material 6.25" $3.00 ft.
Seal Material 7.25" $4.00 ft.
