Luckily, the only plumbing that was whipped repeatedly was the black tank. There is some minor damage to the insulation, that tire cover flap was ripped free, but otherwise things look okay so far.
As for AZ, just hit the north in the summer and its normally 50-80 degrees up in the high country. That's what a lot of us do and that's where we were heading when the adventure began. Now I have a set of Commodore tires (only thing available at the Big O that was closest) so we'll see how those play out. Not much on the web on them.
