Good thing I actually read it as wrench.... I can't afford a new keyboard.

I noticed that the floor is still framed with wood. I guess the mounts for the torsion bars need to be screwed into it. However, given the design, I wouldn't expect the floor to rot easily. I think rotting floors are usually due to water running down the walls from roof leak. Our walls would drain the water straight to the ground. Also, I did notice that the underside seems to be sprayed with more foam.
