I am posting a few outside pix in about three consecutive notes to show the trim & finish.

As to the two compartment access on the 3124, I do not know if that was a custom request of the buyer or something they offer or plan as standard. I will say that if you have that you need to be diligent about security as one can easily go from that outside door into the trailer if the outside door is not locked. The bathroom angled cabinet would not be my preference. Any square inches taken up in an already-tight toilet area seems a bad idea. The difference in counter heights across the kitchen with the sink is probably personal preference (swing down faucet or fixed faucet with lower sink area cabinet.

Bill, I don't remember either trailer having the Thetford on a pedestal, so that is probably just a poor photo frame job that is misleading your eyes. Seemed normal to me when I was in the two toilet areas.

My main shock was the poor wiring. Whew! Note that first set of pix where the wiring in the cabinet next to the fridge is very much in the way of upper storage and simply not good workmanship. I showed that to the dealer and recommended a comment to the shop floor.
