I am having the same problem. I renewed my 1 yr subscription 4/14/2014 but lost my "rights" to the member areas when my original subscription ended 4/15/2014. I have sent two e-mails to the webmaster including user name and pay pal receipt - but have received no response.
Any help would be appreciated!!!!
