At this point, I would remove the sink (and faucet). Then reattach the faucet without the sink so you can see better. With the faucet shut off, have someone turn the water on slowly and only slightly. Now you can watch for leaks. You may need to bleed air out by opening the faucet while pointing it into the drain.

Also, make sure the winterising drains are shut off.
