I've used a tubing bender, and it was super easy, nearly fool proof, and inexpensive. Something like this:

Note that RVIA code, simply as a risk-reduction policy, stipulates that any line-to-line (not line-to-appliance) gas connection must not be in living quarters. So if you replace the line going to the range, I would replace it all the way through the floor to the union under the camper.
