I just checked with our city, and the maximum length trailer I can store on private property is a little over 6 metres which works out to about 21 feet. They say that they only enforce based on complaints, but I have a neighbor that once complained about our kids toys in the back yard. A 3023 ain't gonna fly at the moment unless I could have some place to store it.
