With summer in full swing, you might be interested in a 12 volt fan if you are dry camping, especially to run while sleeping. Here are 2 options I've used:
The O2Cool fan -- I have this one. Inexpensive, and runs on either 8 D cells, or, since that is 12 volts, you can can it off the TM battery if you make a connector for it. It comes with an AC transformer with a plug on the other end that goes into the fan. I cut off the transformer, and connected a cigarette lighter plug to it, which works great. I hang it over the bathroom wall at night so that it blows over us while sleeping. It doesn't use very much current. I don't remember exactly, but I want to say 0.5 A.

If you want maximum air flow, don't bother with the above. It does blow air, but not nearly as much as the Endless Breeze, a fan made by Fantastic Vent. Now this is a fan. It blows some serious air. We just used one in a friend's camper last week while sleeping at night, at it was fabulous. It uses more current than the above fan though. Literature I've seen says it maxes out at 3 amps on the fastest speed, which correlates to the Fantastic Vent, so I'm guessing the slowest speed (which is quite adequate) is about 1.5 A.

And here's a guy who made a ceiling mount bracket. Very cool design....he even made the mount so you can remove it from the ceiling with a knobbed machine screw.
