I think someone on here used z-clips to attach mini-blinds, taking them down to close the trailer. I would think you can do the same thing with full slat sized venetians.

I would consider building some sort of box frame/valance for the blinds to be screwed into, then mount the whole thing with z-clips. If you have to take down and put back up every time, might as well make it useful and look better than just a venetian blind hanging on a wall with nothing to 'frame' it. At least then it gives you a couple of narrow shelves to put things - like phone, glasses, flashlight, etc - that you may want close at hand while in bed.
