The TrailManor website (
www.trailmanor.com) looks like it's been pared down to a simple home page with contact info, nothing else. The online parts catalog seems to be gone.
I've also called the factory every day this week looking for parts. Nobody ever answers so I've left several voicemails. No reply. Makes me think something is going on there.
