I stopped by Hobby Lobby recently and they had some vinyl fabric rated for UV outdoors/marine use for $30 per yard if I recall correctly. The roll is 56" wide, so I figured one yard is enough to do the whole seal at the rear roof area, IF I don't mind overlapping 2 pieces across the top of the RV.
I figured 4 strips maximum of 7"x56": two 56" strips along the top overlapping and 1 strip down each side less than 56".
