Those of you that have upgraded to the self-adjusting (Never-Adjust) style of brakes,,,,can you tell me if you had to replace the outer drum when you made that upgrade or did you only replace the backer plate assembly (pad(s), magnet, backer plate)? I suppose this could be dependent upon the outer drum's wear/condition, but I wondered if the new self-adjusting upgrade made the drum replacement maditory?
