Hello All,
I recently returned from nearly a week of boondocking in my 2006 2720SL in the Cades Cove campground of the Smokies (750 miles one-way). Glenn G. from this group provided me with a lot of useful information about the Smokies. It was beautiful plus I was able to take a side trip and visit the Trailmanor factory about 60 miles north and was lucky enough to receive a personal tour from Ed Lytle - good people!

I will share more about my boondocking experience a bit later in the proper section, but it was my first time boondocking and I loved it! Plenty of good experiences and pictures...I used one as my avatar.

Anyway, one item I found very useful was this outdoor shower/privy

I positioned it right next to my outdoor shower outlet and fed that hose up through an opening in the privy and rinsed off after a couple of backpacking adventures. It's quite roomy inside, well-made, easy to pop-up and fold up, plus it conserved a bit on the gray water capacity.

Since I only have a chair and not a recliner, I bought this ottoman:

It's small, doubles as a tray, has inside and outside storage, and fits neatly inside the chair for storage through the velcro opening.

I have no connection to either of these products, but thought I would pass them along.

Can't wait to do it again!
